Can I try Pro features before upgrading? +
Start with our Free plan — it's genuinely useful, not a limited trial. When you're ready for Timeline view, Plan with Kilnio, or unlimited boards, upgrading takes seconds.
What happens to my boards if I downgrade? +
Your data is always safe. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, boards beyond the 2-board limit become read-only. You can still view everything — just archive or delete boards to restore editing, or upgrade again anytime.
How does Team billing work? +
One person (the billing owner) pays for all seats. Everyone added to the Team workspace gets full Pro features. Personal Pro subscriptions don't reduce seat costs — on a Team workspace, everyone is a paid seat.
Can I invite people to my Pro workspace? +
Yes! Pro users can invite up to 5 guests (Free users). Guests can create unlimited tasks on boards they're invited to. They get access to Timeline and Context (IQROAD) on that board. Pro users inviting other Pro users don't use guest slots — that's full collaboration.
Do you offer refunds? +
Yes. If you're not happy within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.
